Job Overview: As a Starfish Backup Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining backup solutions for the organization. Responsibilities:
Backup Solution Implementation:
Design, implement, and maintain backup solutions to meet business requirements.
Evaluate and recommend backup technologies and hardware for optimal performance and scalability.
Backup Configuration and Management:
Configure and manage backup software and hardware specific to Starfish's infrastructure.
Perform regular backups and conduct recovery tests to ensure the reliability of the backup system.
Collaboration with IT Teams:
Work closely with other IT teams to integrate backup solutions seamlessly into the overall IT infrastructure.
Collaborate on disaster recovery planning and execution.
Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor backup system performance and proactively address issues.
Optimize backup systems for efficiency, capacity, and speed.
Security and Compliance:

Requirements:
