Description

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • Work experience with EDI formats like ANSI X12, EDIFACT and Hands on experience on message types like - ANSI X12 322,315,309,417,418,404,998,850,855,860,856,810,820,214
  • Knowledge of mapping/translation where components have source and destination types like XML, OAG XML, Flat (Positional, pipe/tab delimited, comma separated), ODBC ,DB2
  • Establish connectivity with various applications/trading partners with middleware using JMS, (queue/topic),FTP,SFTP,HTTP,HTTPS,JSON,SOAP,AS2
  • Knowledge of various services and adapters to develop business process (BPML) interface between various applications.
  • Monitor and support production environment and debug system issues and resolve day to day issues.
  • Trading Partner Configuration.
  • Handle the errors that generate out of Sterling B2B products (IBM Sterling B2B and SFG), Service Now, mailbox as needed 24/7.
  • Resolve issues related to failed transactions, reprocess failed or unprocessed files.
  • System maintenance restart or bring down server on need basis.
  • Manage and deliver tasks on timely manner in order to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Update CSX and customer certificate on expiry (AS2, SSL certificates, HTTP certificates keys, PGP keys)
  • Experience with Mail boxing.
  • Work on Enhancements/Change requests.
  • Create Documentation using MS VISIO for Business Processes and update Wiki.
  • Knowledge of MQ and should be able to hand MQ connections.
  • Knowledge of MF   and able to navigate MF environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.
  • Knowledge of agile and scaled agile methodologies and leading practices.
  • Knowledge of Support delivery model.
