Primary Skills - Storage Skills (File storage / Block storage / Object storage) Power Scale Experience / Any other file storage experience.

Secondary Skills – Network Skills

Good to have Skills – Python

Brief Summary and Problem Statement:

• Storage engagement to facilitate operations related to production support, customer migrations, risk, and instrumentation. 
• Storage is seeking a broad engagement for services related to multiple portfolios within the product: 
• Seeking coverage to support operations in the NA and India time zone, including weekends.  This will include SRE operations, supporting product upgrades, and executing customer data migrations. 
• Seeking coverage in the India time zone for appliance account rotation, troubleshooting failures, reporting, and support for the associated process.

 Objectives:

• Maintain compliance with assigned risk metrics and reporting.
• Enhance existing account management tooling
• Facilitate customer data migration related to data center exits.  Completion of customer migrations within SLA.
• Monitor and perform BAU TLM upgrades for select products.  Monitor performance against key metrics.
• Support BAU Operations
• Include system versions, existing integrations or if new integrations or upgrades are needed
• The above projects are sourced through FTE labor today.  While the above programs are being progressed, the programs are not meeting assigned objectives due to available staffing.
