Job Title: Strategic Program Manager

Job Description

Summary: The Strategic Program Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of various non-IT projects, such as engineering initiatives, research and development endeavors, financial system implementations, and product roll-outs. They are responsible for ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans and directing technical activities integration.
Conduct competitor analysis to understand other badging programs in the market.
Finalize alignment on transitioning to verification/vetting-based criteria.
Identify methods for vetting/verification (e.g., TPA process, Business verification).
Align on benefits for verified/badged partners under the new program.
Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Data Science, Business Engineering) to ensure project alignment and milestone delivery.
Devise strategies for partners to showcase their capabilities credibly.
Develop capability taxonomy and certification measures.
Consult with management, production, and marketing teams regarding project specifications and procedures.
Understand existing constraints and limitations of changes to current programs.
Develop transition plans for existing partners, including communication strategies.
Direct, review, and approve product designs and changes.

Experience conducting experiments.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving projects to successful completion while adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
