Roles And Responsibilities

 

  • Design of repairs for inservice aircraft events or for manufacturing non-conformities or concession.
  • Providing solutions in line with the varying schedule
  • Creation of Repair/Design Approval sheets.
  • Providing Repair, Modification and Maintenance solutions
  • Nonconformities analysis for change requests proposal
  • Understand the customer requirements and provide the suitable solutions.
  • Daily governance reports to be prepared to showcase the daily delivery schedule v/s Target.
  • Able to shoulder the all delivery responsibility for the entire team such as training, new requirements and Quality check activities.
  • Self driven, pro active to take initiatives independently and willing to learn the updates from the customer in short time.

     

Technical Knowledge, Skills

 

  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Mechanical or Aerospace engineer with experience in design within Repair Engineering field ( in service or Manufacturing)
  • Aircraft Design Principles with deep catia and configuration Management skills
  • Daily and Major Repairs experience
  • Concession and non-conformities analysis experience.
  • Creation of drawings from catia models for raw parts and assemblies
  • Understanding of SRM, repair documents and drawings.
  • Experience in Aerospace tools like VPM, PASS, GILDA, TAKSY, AIRINA, APS, TREND V5, CCD, CATIAV5 are most preferred.
  • Able to Interface between Supplier and customer.
  • Able to Understand the importance of Various supplier documents.
  • Good Communication skills, Planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
