Description

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Business stake holders to understand HCM Solution Requirements Concerns and Priorities
  • Take the lead role in assisting with HCM business cases planning and monitoring
  • Translating and simplifying requirements and identifying areas that require system solution
  • Manage the day-to-day operations strategic planning and activities of SAP Successfactors functional team and serves as the main liaison for the HCM Track solutioning associated Interfaces
  • Should Serve as a primary position in Change management leading development of new functionality enhancement of existing functionality and trouble shooting and resolving incidents problems

Mandatory Skills:

  • Good knowledge and experience leading teams and administering Human Resource functionality in SAP SuccessFactors Modules including Employee Central Onboarding 20 Recruiting Management and Marketing
  • Professional level Certified Successfactors Consultant is preferred but not mandatory Associate level certification in SFEC and in Talent modules Recruitment Marketing Management Onboarding 20 is mandatory
  • Functional Technical Industry experience of atleast 12 – 15 years in carrying out the mentioned Customer facing Job Roles Responsibilities Project Work experience in Automotive Manufacturing industry will be most preferred
  • Leadership abilities in functional system administration Business Process support and redesign
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationship and rapport with Key Business stakeholders and end users
