How you’ll shape the future of talent:

 

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
  • Own the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Add value through the delivery of strategic talent acquisition projects and initiatives
  • Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
  • Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education

     

You’ll be someone who can bring:

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent education required
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant recruitment and/or HR experience, including full-cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time-sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry in SUPPLY CHAIN
  • Technical proficiency, including experience with an ATS
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Florence, KY locality, on-site
  • Previous or current experience sourcing and filling Supply Chain professional roles in America or globally

Any Graduate
