Job Description :
 

Provide day-to-day technical support for IBM Maximo, resolving issues related to system performance, configurations, and custom workflows.

            •          Monitor Maximo environments, troubleshoot system errors, and provide resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.

            •          Perform regular system maintenance, including applying patches, updates, and version upgrades as needed.

            •          Python/Cython Scripting and Customization:

            •          Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Python/Cython scripts to enhance the functionality of Maximo systems and automate tasks.

            •          Write and maintain automation scripts for routine jobs, such as data imports/exports, report generation, and Maximo task scheduling.

            •          Support integration of Maximo with other systems, using Python-based scripts for data handling and process automation.

            •          Workflow Support and Customization:

            •          Support and maintain Maximo workflows, ensuring that they align with business processes and are functioning properly.

            •          Customize workflows to accommodate changing client needs, including creating new workflows or modifying existing ones.

            •          Test and debug workflows, automations, and Maximo configurations to ensure seamless integration with the system.

            •          User Support & Troubleshooting:

            •          Act as the primary point of contact for end-users experiencing issues with Maximo, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

            •          Assist users with queries related to Maximo modules (e.g., Work Management, Inventory, and Asset Management).

            •          Provide technical support for Maximo integrations with external systems and applications, troubleshooting connectivity and data flow issues.

            •          Documentation and Training:

            •          Document all support activities, including issue resolution steps, system changes, and best practices.

            •          Assist in developing user guides, FAQs, and training materials to help end-users optimize their use of Maximo.

            •          Conduct training sessions for users on Maximo functionalities, new features, and custom workflows
