Support Engineer 5

Candidate Requirements:
Best candidate would have support experience in the past working with external customers (IT/networking related field). IT networking background is the biggest piece, a lot of the things that they support are Azure specific and gives candidates a leg up. Networking fundamentals are important.

1.) Virtual/Hybrid/Layer 7 Networking 5+ years of experience
2.) Monitoring & Connectivity (DNS/Private Link) – 5+ years of experience
3.) Problem Solving/Customer Service – 5+ years of experience
