You'll answer questions over email and chat. Ensures that support requests are catered to and answered in a timely manner. 
Proven experience in providing customer service and technical support. 
You’ll answer questions on a broad range of topics. From the best way to use the Yoast products to administrative questions around payments, and everything in between.


Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

Proficiency in English, both in verbal communication and written expression. 
With experience in providing support on Shopify and/or WordPress, for example in a web hosting company.
Experience in other CMSs like TYPO3, Joomla, Wix and other content management tools is a bonus. 
Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Help Scout or similar platforms is an advantage. 
You’re not afraid to ask your colleagues for help in Slack.
