Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing remote technical support over tickets, chat support and production change management tasks for Client Robotics system, software and hardware with the customers being operators at Client Fulfilment Centres. This position must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hrs/week for the following days: Sat from 12 pm - 10 pm EST as well as 7PM-12AM on Tuesday and Thursday. The weekday hours are open to negotiation. Candidate is expected to possess timely and excellent communication skills and provide technical assistance to customers over the phone as well as via a chat medium and have attention to detail on production change management tasks.

Ideally 2+ years of technical support software experience with a BS Degree in a STEM field
Good at multi-tasking. Excellent oral and written communication skills
Intermediate working knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems (Red Hat preferable) at a user level.
Nice-to-have skills: AWS Practioner certified.
