Role Description: Area of ​​the CMDB application, Support executive is required for support on CMDB application with the various management interfaces (CMDB-Gui, NIQ-Browser, CMDB-Filtering-GUI) and many application interfaces. Ticket system TTWOS (variant of a Remedy ticket system), Monitoring System (BigBrother, CheckMK, OSS-Radar)
Competencies: Oracle DBA
Experience (Years): 6-8
Essential Skills: 1. Oracle Management (11g/19c)2. Advance Oracle with Admin skills and good Unix knowledge.3. Good knowledge of standard network/IT technologies, network protocols4. Independent and responsible implementation of 2nd & 3rd level support for applications, services and infrastructure.
Desirable Skills: 1. Understanding of latest telecom technologies across wireless, wireline technologies.2. SQL scripting3. Unix scripts4. Has managed Software developers & played a critical role in Architecture, Design and Development.5. Support to operation6. Knowledge of OSS architecture.7. Knowledge & experience in Cable, Mobile and Fixed Network technologies
