Role Description: Closely work with architecture team, vendor, support to operations and ensure issues and tickets are closed as per SLA.Builds and maintains ongoing relationships with the regions, Architecture, Operations, Equipment vendors, system vendors, contractor support partners.

Essential Skills: Minimum 2-3 Years of experience as SME for a large-scale OSS program.Total 6-8 Yrs. of experience.Unix /Linux , SQL, interested to learn Fault Management System (COTS or Bespoke) / Netcool in OSSKnowledge in any of the OSS COTS products like IBM Tivoli Netcool, TEMIP, SolarWinds, Comarch NGSAUnderstanding of OSS Service Assurance FCAPS domains and in Fault management with multiple COTS products.Experience of mapping and configuration of various protocols SNMP, CORBA, SOAP, REST, etc. for Southbound NE?s Integrations.Should be eligible to apply Anti Sabotage Security clearance in Germany/Candidates already with Anti Sabotage clearance are preferred . 5 years mandatory stay in Germany.
Desirable Skills: Understanding of latest telecom technologies across wireless, wireline technologies.Has managed architects and Software engineers & played a critical role in Architecture, Design and Development.Knowledge of NFV/SDN technology and OrchestrationKnowledge of Industry frameworks like TM Forum etom, TAM.Experience adopting containers, dockers, pivotal etcExperience of working in SFTPs/FTP/HTTPS / YAML protocol. Knowledge on new Digital Technologies including Cloud, Big Data, Microservices Architecture.Knowledge & experience in Data Center Networks, IPBB and VirtualizationKnowledge & experience in Cable, Mobile and Fixed Network technologiesKnowledge in AI and analytics.
