Role & responsibilities:

 

Technical/Functional Skills
  • - Responsible for all aspects of production operational support walls in to an application or service.
  •  - Change readiness, change management, 24x7 on-call support.
  •  - Monitoring, alerting, tuning, disaster recovery plan
  •  - Incident ticket management to SLA
  •  - Trend analytics and impact metrics
  •  - PLM roadmap and planning
  •  - Security vulnerabilities/ management
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Acts as operational portfolio leader driving standards across the SLO's within that portfolio.
  • Oversees successful planning and execution of SLO operations for the portfolio
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service performance

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, should be able to collaborate with all stakeholders
  • Should be able to make informed decisions and be proficient in using data-driven insights
