Handling Database Alerts (Support tickets: SNOW)
Provide Root cause Analysis of Database Outages.
Provide Maximum engine capacity limits or limitations
Handling Database Backup/Recovery, DB connectivity, DB log files Clean-up, DB space usage Management.
Restore/Recover databases from backup in case of failures/corruptions and rebuild if necessary.
