Job Description:

  • Work on Google Workspace, HRMS, ATS and other business applications
  • Manage Servers, Networking & Voip Applications
  • Ensure 99% uptime
  • Participate in new IT projects & take initiatives
  • Should have fundamental knowledge about hardware
  • Efficiently executing tasks assigned
  • Fair communication skills in English language
  • Experience in LAN, PBX debugging, support and management
  • Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, servers) knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding and experience in Windows, Networking, google suite applications
  • Experience in managing VPN users, remote system debug 
  • End user support, infrastructure and service request management
