Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with expertise in Sterling Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in administering IBM Sterling applications and related components to ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of our e-commerce and supply chain management systems.

IBM Sterling Administration:
Administer IBM Sterling applications including IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Control Center, and related modules.
Configure and maintain trading partner setups, communication protocols (AS2, SFTP), mailboxes, and document tracking within Sterling Integrator.
System Monitoring and Performance Tuning:
Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and logs for Sterling applications to ensure smooth operation and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of Sterling components for scalability and reliability.
User Management and Security:
Manage user access, permissions, roles, and security settings within IBM Sterling applications in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Implement security patches, upgrades, and vulnerability assessments for Sterling components.
Integration and Data Management:
Configure and troubleshoot EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) mappings, partner profiles, and data transformations within Sterling Integrator for B2B communication.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate Sterling applications with internal systems, databases, and external trading partners.
Documentation and Training:
Create and maintain technical documentation including system configurations, procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices for Sterling administration.
Provide training and support to end-users, developers, and technical teams on Sterling applications, workflows, and system functionalities.
