The applicant should possess strong oral and written communication skills and able to produce documentation on solutions and system design. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Information Technology) with a minimum of 8 years' experience in IT Support
The successful candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of various computing platforms from servers, networks, storage including scripting experience for automation
Must have the ability to lift/transport server equipment when needed. Must be able to provide off-hour, on-call support for workstation, server and other system related issues that requires travel to various supported sites
Must be willing and able to work overtime and be flexible with work hours to respond to emergencies or scheduled work that must be done either prior to or after normal business hours. Must have the means and be able to travel to various Company locations
Technical Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in cyber security, system administration, or a related role
Proven experience in cyber security & system administration, including Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle)
Familiarity with bulk deployment tools and automation. Scripting or programming skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation is a plus
Knowledge of encryption, authentication, and access control mechanisms. Experience working with distributed systems and microservices architectures
Experience with network security tools such as NIDS/NIPS/Proxy/Secure Web Gateway/Firewall. Experience with AV/EDR/XDR solutions
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Versatility, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree
