System Administrator

Role: System Administrator with State client exp 
Location: Sacramento, CA (Onsite)
Duration: Long term contract

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in each of the following:

1.     Systems design, maintenance, analysis, and testing.

2.     Complex technology implementations, with an eye toward consistent reengineering and refactoring.

3.     Implementing and supporting Microsoft Enterprise technologies (Windows Server, AD, etc.).

4.     Supporting and implementing Linux platform services.

5.     Architecture and implementation of applications in the cloud, On-premises, and hybrid environments (VMware, HyperV, Containerized Services).

6.     Leveraging Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) providers and relevant services.

7.     Relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), andNoSQL”
databases (e.g., Cassandra, MongoDB).

8.     Continuous integration/deployment, and continuous monitoring solutions.

9.     Version control systems (e.g., Git and GitHub).

10. Coordinating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements.

11. Direct team members in compiling business requirements and executing project milestones.

12. Documenting enterprise architecture infrastructure.

13. Determining gaps between current and the target architecture and developing plans for transitioning to target architectures.
