Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar.
Proficiency in operating systems Windows Server and virtualization technologies.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and IT best practices.
Strong hands-on experience on O365 Administration & Backup Configurations & VM.
Experience with cloud computing platforms like Azure.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Infrastructure Management:
oInstall, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and networking equipment.
oMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation.
oConduct regular hardware and software upgrades to enhance performance and security.
oImplement backup and recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
2.Network Administration:
oManage local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and internet connections.
oConfigure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
oMonitor network traffic and implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
oTroubleshoot network issues and optimize network performance.
oWork on WI-FI related issues.
3.Security Management:
oInstall and update Security software, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
oRespond to security incidents and conduct first level of investigation.
oUpgrade Servers and workstation with latest security patches.
4.User Support:
oProvide technical support and assistance to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
oTrain employees on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
oCreate and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
5.System Automation and Scripting:
oDevelop scripts and automation tools to streamline system administration tasks.
oImplement configuration management tools for provisioning and managing IT infrastructure.
oMonitor and optimize system resources using scripting languages such as PowerShell and CMD.
6.Collaboration and Communication:
oCollaborate with IT teams and other departments to plan and implement IT projects.
oCommunicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
oStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
