Job Description
These are the principal accountabilities:
- Triage all market data collection application issues ensuring timely resolution of 1st and 2nd line incidents/requests
- Ensuring production environments are active, performant, secure, reliable, and monitored
- Point of contact for service delivery, development and deployment of change/resolution.
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify business user/process issues
- Maintain mailbox queries and respond to these in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement technical procedures effective in quickly addressing business user problems to minimize downtime
- Ensure the change delivery is documented and tracked accurately
- Ensure the quality of test evidence is kept by tracking it according to company standards
- Fully understand the ecosystem and end to end functional and technical processes. Proactively searching for Continuous Improvement solutions.
- Manage 3rd party suppliers to ensure that incident resolutions are achieved within agreed SLA.
- Ensuring data integration processing completion, as well as supporting business service requests in alignment with the business timetable

- Languages & Frameworks: A working knowledge and proven track record of experience in the following products and technologies:
- Insurance market knowledge
- Agile working
- Database and UI application technologies
- Azure DevOps for backlog management and test execution
- ServiceNow using ITIL framework
- Microsoft Office, SQL & BI tools – Azure SQL, Excel
- Interpersonal skills, inclusive of written & verbal communication
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Technical expertise and a thorough understanding of current business processes
