- Job Role: Systems Analyst (Support)
- Location: Bloomfield Hills, MO (Onsite)

- Primary responsibilities: Technical support, including support, installation, and troubleshooting of all desktop\/laptop-related computers, software installations, office printers, and basic networking and server support.
- Specific Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot software on desktops and laptops.
- Quoting, purchasing, and managing local IT services and hardware.
- Adhere to corporate-related standards.
- Install Bose customized Repair, Remanufacturing, and Warehouse systems.
- Collaborate with the IT Global Tier 3 department and corporate IT services to restore services and\/or identify problems.
- Experience:
- Technical aptitude over a large scope of IT software, hardware, and networking disciplines.
- IT networking engineering, proficient with routing, switching, TCP\/IP, IPSEC, and network firewalls.
- Experience with VMware, Windows, and\/or Linux operating systems.
- Information security and automation mindset.
- Experience resolving hardware and software application conflicts and solution options quickly.
- Interaction with global operations support teams in the role of 3rd level support handling escalated issues.
- Proficiency in Windows Desktop OS, installing and troubleshooting.
- Desired key technologies competencies:
- Networking: Routers, switches, firewalls, access points, network circuits, VPN, and load balancers.
- Server Compute: Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, Windows clustering, Print Services, Virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Storage: NetApp Storage Arrays, Commvault Immutable Backups.
- Endpoint: Operating Systems, Microsoft Windows, MAC\/IOS, Linux, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting.
- Systems Administration: Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory and Group Policies.
- Information Security solutions for endpoint threat management.
- Identity and Access Management: Active Directory, Azure AD, SailPoint, Group Policies.
- Management Tools: Microsoft SCCM, JAMF, Autopilot.
- RF Barcoding and scanning technologies is desirable.

Any Graduate
