Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Citrix Administrator II who's eager to use and grow his or her technological skills on a worldwide stage. In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. From early on, you'll help empower our breakthrough innovations, be given challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and take ownership and responsibility. Responsibilities: " 

Exhibits comprehensive knowledge of server, storage, networking technologies, virtualization technologies

" Develops, implements, and supports a variety of infrastructure platform technologies

" Maintain excellent working relationship with 3rd Party vendors

" Implement strategies to increase reliability and decrease cost for technologies

" Implement processes for internal operational effectiveness and continuous improvement

" Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability

" Provide technical guidance to service partners as needed

" Assist with communication of process changes, enhancements, and modifications so solutions are understood

" Work closely with development and security teams teams to identify gaps and implement solutions to drive improvements in reliability, security, performance, and availability

" Works independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations

" Supports others to solve complex problems

" Identifies innovative solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking

" Provide level 2 Citrix support to the business

" Document operational support tickets with detailed troubleshooting steps and resolutions

Requirements

" Experience with VMWare vCenter Server and ESXi virtualization technology

" Experience with Citrix Technologies: Workspace, WEM, UPM, PVS, MCS, Storefront, Director, Studio, Licensing, Client, Gateway XenApp 6.5, XenApp 7.1x, and Citrix Cloud technologies.

" Experience with Active Directory, GPO's, DNS, DHCP

" In-depth functional knowledge of varying versions of Microsoft & Linux operating systems

" Experience with migrating on-premises applications to the cloud is a plus

" Strong knowledge of Active Directory in a multi-domain environment

" Experience with PowerShell and PowerCLI

" Strong organizational, time management and communication skills

" Application support experience

" Strong technical background and ability to work with engineers, developers, and other key stakeholders

Education

" Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred

" 4+ years of previous experience in similar role is preferred

" Relevant industry certificates are preferred
