The collaboration platform team requires individuals with in-depth knowledge of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, CoPilot Web, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform. The candidate will be on a team responsible for managing and troubleshooting these services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the organization. This role must be able to provide advanced technical support and manage complex issues, sometimes in collaboration with vendors. Understanding how the various Office 365 services interact with each other and using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to automate system activities is a must. Understanding the MS365 licensing model and orchestration is also a huge benefit.
 

In addition: Familiarity with conference room audio/visual hardware and configurations, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams Phone, Microsoft Intune, and Surface Hub devices will be beneficial in evolving our hybrid meeting environment. Additional exposure to tools such as Zoom, Proofpoint, and the Microsoft Viva Platform is desirable.
 

These roles should be versed in technical troubleshooting and problem solving and be able to understand the broader context when being tasked to resolve an issue. Being able to explain technical items in everyday terms is a MUST to communicate clearly
