System Integration Test Lead

 Role Description : 
The System Integration Test Lead is a critical role responsible for orchestrating the system integration testing phase within DERLF software development lifecycle. In this position, the person will leverage advanced automated testing frameworks , conduct hand on testing while leading an offshore team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of software components. 

Test Lead Job Responsibilities 
·       Automated Testing Strategy Development: Design and implement integration test plans using automated testing frameworks within Azure DevOps, tailored to encompass SQL, flat file, API, and ETL testing. 
·       Test Execution: Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated test scripts for SQL databases, flat files, APIs, and ETL processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage and interaction between software components. 
·       Azure DevOps Management: Manage test pipelines, environments, and data within Azure DevOps, ensuring optimal configuration for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices. 
·       Quality Assurance Oversight: Analyze test results across various testing types (SQL, flat file, API, ETL) to identify defects and areas for improvement, ensuring all integration tests adhere to the highest quality standards. 
·       Leadership in Test Process: Lead and mentor a team of testers, promoting advanced testing techniques and continuous learning in complex testing environments including SQL, flat file, API, and ETL scenarios. 
·       Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for all phases of integration testing, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management , offshore team and relevant stakeholders.
