System Integrator Consultant

Role: System Integrator (IC)

Location: St Joseph, Michigan location or Ottawa, OH or Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Duration: 12+ months 

Experience level: 8 + Years

Position Summary

The Technical Project Manager (or System Integrator-SI) role is for home appliance products like wall mount ovens, microwave, refrigerator, dryers & washers. All the products are controlled using ACUs (Appliance Controller Unit) connected to various sensors and actuators and user interaction happens using HMIs (Human Machine Interface).

As an SI, one should be able to understand and drive the design, development and integration of the electronics, electrical and software (Firmware + Application) components of the product.

Minimum Requirements

 

• Electrical, Electronic engineering Degree;
• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and globally
• System design & system Integration;
• System Integration capabilities, Critical Systems Thinker;
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) (additional language is a plus)
  
   

Preferred Requirements

 

• Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic;
• Knowledge in given Product Platform
