Key Responsibilities
**Lead System Implementation**:
Spearhead the implementation of the statewide medical examiner information system, ensuring all aspects of
the project align with organizational goals and requirements.
**Project Management and Oversight**:
Direct the planning, scheduling, and execution of all project phases, including vendor management, resource
allocation, deployment, and post-deployment activities.
**Training Program and Help Desk Implementation**:
Co-develop and implement a comprehensive training program for end-users and oversee implementation of a
dedicated help desk support team, ensuring proficient system utilization.
**Development of Implementation Plan**:
Create a comprehensive implementation plan encompassing change management, training strategy, testing
protocols, system support framework, and stakeholder engagement strategy.
**Collaboration with Business Systems Analysts**:
Collaborate closely with the Business Systems Analysts to co-develop workflows, testing plans, and a system
enhancement roadmap that align with organizational needs.
Required Skills And Experience
Required 7 years of experience in following:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Project
Management).
Proven experience in leading large-scale system implementations, preferably within the healthcare or public
sector.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful planning, execution, and post-deployment
Support. IT Project Management Experience Preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in change management methodologies and training program development.
Familiarity with medical examiner case management systems or similar technologies is a plus.
