Job Description: We are seeking a BMC Software Helix / Remedy Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITSM, Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, and Innovation Studio. Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows and forms.
  • Develop and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain BMC Business Workflow.
  • Provide technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications
