Systems Administrator

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Required
Experience managing a backup system—ideally with Veritas NetBackup software and a Dell EMC Data Domain appliance
Experience managing cloud-based services, such as Google Workspace, Office 365, Azure AD, and AWS Workspaces
Experience with centralized administration frameworks, such as Active Directory
Experience with server-level virtualization, such as VMware vSphere
Strong background in administering hybrid computing environments that include a mix of Windows, and Linux operating systems
Excellent cyber security practices and understanding
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Excellent problem-solving skills
Capable of mastering new technologies quickly
Attention to detail; able to fulfill tasks accurately and consistently
Preferred
Install, configure, manage, and monitor all applications and hardware.
Ability to troubleshoot various software and hardware-related problems quickly and efficiently.
Experience with using PowerShell
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to document technical work clearly in written form
Hours/Week, Length of Assignment
This position is estimated to be 40 hours per week on average. The assignment is expected to run between 3 - 5 weeks.
