Implementation, Customization, Upgrade, Maintenance, Administration and Production Support of 3rd party
products. Monitoring the deployments to the Workstations and Servers. Supporting active projects like Windows
for VM Workstations and desktop rollouts. Creating reports using SQL Server Reporting Services for Deployment
Status for Applications, Imaging and Infrastructure monitoring. Troubleshoot TCP/IP based network related issues
on Linux, AIX and Windows servers and resolve any network connectivity, throughput, and or accessibility issues
that escalate. Configuring Kick start servers to install Red Hat Linux CentOS and VMWare ESX on multiple
machines. Working on installing and managing different automation and monitoring tools like Nagios, Splunk.
Ensure operating system security by applying appropriate patches and releases. Maintained LAN backup system
and recover data when necessary. Perform feasibility studies and may require travelling to set up systems for
various clients across the nation.
