Description:
We are seeking a full-time professional with extensive experience in Business and/or Information Technology to join our team as an IT Help Desk Technician for our Call Center. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a related area and at least 6 years of experience in the field or a related area.
Requirements:
- Accredited college training in Information Technology or related area (15 semester hours) or accredited graduate training in the same area may substitute for required work experience.
- Completion of an Information Technology Certification program may substitute for the required work experience.
- One year of experience as a Systems Administrator-Associate and Help Desk Coordinator-Intermediate may substitute for all required experience.
- Experience in imaging and preparing desktop computer equipment directly for end users as part of the annual computer refresh.
- Asset management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and outstanding customer service skills.
- Experience working with an IT ticket system, ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Local candidate with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and take direction as needed.
Additional Information:
- Working shift: 9x80 schedule with remote work on Fridays and every other Friday off. All other days are on-site.
