Windows Client Engineer (PVG)

Contribute to the overall success of the IT Operations organization by providing oversight and

improvement of corporate IT infrastructure platforms and by streamlining recurring administrative efforts. Interface daily with other IT technical staff, working on assignments and delivering services related in the area of responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining patch compliance of Windows clients in the environment.

Remediate all critical vulnerabilities in the environment as per severity guidelines directed by the

business.

Meeting SLA compliance for the environment.

Collaborate with engineering teams in creating solutions for new vulnerabilities.

Work with security teams in correcting vulnerability detections and providing required information.

Work with the end user for failed remediations and create SOPs to handover it to the internal

helpdesk team.

Automate and optimize processes to increase efficiencies.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Should be a team player.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Windows client administration.

Good understanding and working knowledge in one of the patch management tools like BigFix,

SCCM, HPSA.

Should have decent knowledge of PowerShell scripting.

Knowledge in Change Management process.

Good to have certified in MCSE, ITIL Foundation.
