Years Required/Preferred Experience 

8 Required or more years of experience working to understand the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and of the techniques used in the design of automated computer systems.

8 Required or more years of experience with relational database management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server.

8 Required or more years of experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Access.

8 Required or more years of experience troubleshooting computer systems and scheduling, testing, installing, and implementing computer programs.

8 Required or more years of experience in requirements gathering, analysis, system specifications, and verification.

8 Required or more years of experience with software development life cycle and development life cycle concepts.

8 Required or more years of experience with using application planning, development, delivery, and operations tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps.

8 Required or more years of experience employing business analysis methodologies.

8 Required or more years of experience writing MS SQL queries and stored procedures.

8 Required or more years of experience using HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET Web Forms and C# programming languages

8 Required or more years of experience communicating technical instructions to system users; to analyze, evaluate, and integrate business rules into system requirements.

8 Required or more years working with MS SQL Server Reporting Services.

8 Required or more years of experience in using diagramming and vector graphics applications such as Microsoft Visio or other design tools for creating application mockups.

8 Required or more years of experience in interviewing, listening, and facilitation to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, convert high-level information into details, and develop computer application and database

8 Required or more years work history collaborating with Business Analysts to successfully deliver projects.

8 Required or more years analyzing and evaluating complex information technology applications, policies, and issues.

8 Required or more years developing creative and workable solutions to complex problems and issues.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
At least one of the following certifications: Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), PMI-PBA, or Six Sigma.
Identifying a Systems Analyst and Business Analyst that have experience working with each other successfully is preferred.
