Systems Analyst 3

Austin, TX (Remote work within Texas is allowed)

6 month Contract with possibility to extension

The Information Technology (IT) Applications, Medicaid/CHIP Systems (IT-MCS) team has initiated the MCS – Contract Administration & Provider Monitoring (CAPM) Tool Replacement project. This project will develop a database driven web portal application, replacing a series of Microsoft Excel workbooks to enhance monitoring and reporting of Prover performance.

4RequiredSkilled in developing and executing Test Scripts.
4RequiredSkilled in developing Test Plans and coordinating User Acceptance Testing.
4RequiredSkilled in developing User Stories
3RequiredSkilled in use of Microsoft Excel
3RequiredExperience with software development using Agile methodology
2PreferredExperience with Health and Human Services or other State Agency
