Bachelor's degree in technology-related subject area

8+ years systems analysis experience working with customer facing web applications

Good understanding of various web application components and how they interact with each other e.g. web pages, API's, backend systems

Experience providing deep technical analysis of customer facing internet applications developed using modern technologies such as Angular, Java/Javascript, CSS, HTML, Spring/SpringBoot, REST, and SOAP

Proven experience performing data sourcing and mapping analysis for REST and SOAP services; Ability to analyze backend data sources by writing SQL queries

Ability to analyze application logs using Datadog, Splunk or similar for both testing and production suppor 

Proven expertise identifying, defining and documenting clear and concise systems requirements, translating business needs into technical design solutions, identifying systems, interdependencies, and creating detailed design document

Ability to document end-to-end systems integrations via Process Flow diagrams and to communicate complex technical concepts and designs related to cloud (AWS) and on-premise web product
