Description

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have at least five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years in the following:
a. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in requirements elicitation, definitions, and documentation of various functional requirements, business requirements, and user requirements;
b. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience performing analysis for business process improvement, application design and workflow automation;
c. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience modeling and documenting functional designs;
d. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience of leading and working within cross-functional teams that include business subject matter experts, architects, developers, and testers;
e. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience performing business analysis related tasks in a State department or other public agency;
f. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience producing business analysis deliverables such as: business requirements and business rules, functional requirements and/or functional specifications, and stakeholder requirements; and
g. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing incident and/or service tickets resolution on medium to large applications.
b. Desirable Personnel Qualifications:

It is highly desirable for the Proposed Personnel to have the following experience, knowledge, skills and abilities:
a. Experience in Agile Methodology;
b. Experience with Electronic Health Care Record Systems;
c. Experience in Requirements Management according to industry best practices;
d. Experience facilitating Joint Application Design and/or collaborative design sessions;
e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
f. Experience working in a Correctional Health Care environment.
