Job Description ·        Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. ·        Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of          organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such          as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. ·        Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. ·        Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible          within existing system. Additional job details and special considerations   ·        The system analyst will provide support for critical TIERS systems, 24x7 on-call rotation is required. Some weekend work is required. Support may          require on-premises work at times. MUST HAVE 8        Required        High level knowledge and experience of network facilities and data processing techniques, of computer hardware and software, of                                   network operating system and security software, and of performance monitoring and capacity management tools 8        Required        Extensive knowledge and experience using LDAP/Windows Active Directory, Microsoft SQL Server, and Hypervisor Experience with                                   Hyper-V and VMware. 8        Required        Knowledge and experience of administering Windows Systems (Group Policy, Kerberos, NTLM, TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, DHCP, PXE),                                  Linux, Network Administration, IT Governance, and Security/Privacy policies and tools. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory,                                  LDAP, DN 8        Required        Additional / Preferred experience supporting the following: Ansible, SFTP/FTPS, Kubernetes and open-source software. Ability to                                  direct and organize work activities 8        Required        Strong ability to identify problems/issues, analyze and evaluate alternatives and recommend/implement effective solutions. 8        Required        Experience supporting Windows and Linux systems with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, etc). 8        Required        Experience providing server and application support on a 24X7 on-call basis and on a rotating schedule basis.
