Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives within Systems Operations Engineering
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Review and analyze basic or tactical assignments that require research and evaluation
Present recommendations for resolving situations
Provide information to client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering
 

Education Qualification:

2+ years of Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education
 

Required Skills:

Ability to participate in complex technical issues and initiatives related to large scale applications, systems, databases, or other technical products and services
Strong analytical skills to review and analyze technical queries
Ability to extract data, create standard databases, or perform limited programming
Experience in identifying process improvements within technical support strategies and plans
Strong communication skills to provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders
Ability to work as an internal consultant regarding tools and processes
Understanding of technical process controls or standards
