The OASIS Product has been in market since April 2023. The user base continues to grow as do the capabilities of the Product which is being developed in an Agile manner. A targeted short term automation role consultant will be focused on:
1. Providing targeted action items for improvements (look at our customer support process and suggest and implement improvements.)
2. Automation of simple tasks (with the potential use of AI/Chatbot)
3. Enhancing metrics
4. Assisting with storytelling by extracting key data from tickets

Quals--
**Automation Engineer**
US Citizenship is required
