JD:
This position is a senior level technical role that will execute application support of production systems with a focus on incident management, problem management, change/release, and other ITIL based functions. The individual will need to lead discussions and collaboration with development and business teams and be able to develop a deep understanding of applications and business functionality. This role requires the ability to operate independently and help transform and mature the support organization. The position will be working in a corporate environment with large, complex, and critical applications across a wide range of technologies. Examples include large, complex, Tier 1 IIS/.NET/SQL applications, web hosting with multiple server tier levels, and application and server level clustering and load balancing.

  • Required Qualifications:
    Minimum 5 years of work experience
  • Core Experience: Application / Production support (L2/L3)
  • Excellent communication
  • Experienced Production support resource with preferable background in Banking / Risk domain
  • Good working experience in Windows / Linux based platforms
  • Sound Database skills (MySQL / Oracle / Mongo DB)
  • Experience in Incident management, independently handling Incident Triage calls.
  • Exposure to monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk
  • Understanding of Cloud fundamentals (GCP / Azure)
  • Ability to self-start and independently drive efficiency improvement projects.
  • Location: NY, NJ, Charlotte (Hybrid work environment)



Desired Qualifications:
• Experience supporting an enterprise-level environment
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• 3+ years of SQL experience
• Ability to manage initiatives involving process improvements
