   • Keep Sutherland aligned: Measure and monitor existing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  •  Strong knowledge in MS Office
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner, B2 english level
  • Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
  • Ability to be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situations, the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining very high standards and a meticulous attention to
