Tableau Analyst Role Description
• General Responsibilities
o Responsible for maintaining the Tech Ops Technology Tableau Dashboards
Ensure dashboards are accurately reflecting Tech Ops Demand
Iterate on ways to improve visuals and usability of dashboards
Build new dashboards based on self-identified needs of the department and feedback from stakeholders
Work with stakeholders to utilize dashboards in strategy and decision-making to leverage for call to actions
o Maintain Plan of Record builds for Epics that are pulled from Jira Align
Epic specific builds that showcase milestones, dependencies, features, etc
Program specific builds that showcase epics, milestones, dependencies, features, etc
o Maintain accuracy and integrity of data that feeds into the Monthly Portfolio Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews
Application metrics (Change Success Rate; MTTR;Up/Downtime)
Security policy exceptions
Architectural exceptions
• Meetings
o Awareness
Monthly Portfolio Review – Meeting for VP and his Directors to review the last month’s metrics and exceptions
Program Epic Syncs – Meeting for Epic Owners and Key Stakeholders to review Epics’ Lean Business Case and request Go or No Go decisions w/ Leaders
Plan of Record Syncs – Syncs to review incoming demand requests and consider prioritization changes of existing demand to finalize the adjustments to the Plan of Record
Quarterly Business Reviews – Prep the Tech Ops Technology slides for input into the QBR deck that will review the previous Quarter metrics and standing at the beginning of each Quarter
SAFe events

Weekly APMO Team Sync – Internal team sync
Weekly Technology + Business Sync – Sync between key POCs on the business strategy team and Tech APMO team.
