Description

Responsibilities:
*Monitor and respond to alerts and notifications from our software products.
*Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our reporting products.
*Own development of Tableau reports and dashboards for our customers.
*Create definitions of new metrics to gauge performance and enhance existing data
*Provide Tableau support and troubleshooting to our customers
*Write and execute SQL and excel analysis to support ad hoc analyses
*Support efforts to capture new data elements from applications
*Support discussions with ETL coding team and provide feedback and expertise while testing out new data sources
*Build relationships with Development teams and foster croswetgwedsgvasdcaqshvdjwyhsdvyjadbxuADBXKjabdxkasjbcxajgciuDHCDIUASHCBASKJSCB AKJXCBKHVASXGVJH

Requirements:
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, e.g. AWS, Azure, Google cloud, etc.
*Advanced/Expert Experience with Tableau Desktop and Server
*Intermediate Experience and knowledge with SQL
*Data analytics experience
*Familiarity with incident management and resolution processes is a plus
*Experience with Tableau software, including report development and dashboard creation
*Solid understanding of Tableau and ETL processes.
