Tableau Developer

JD :

Tableau: 1 Onsite is key and then we can look at a couple of offshore resources as needed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Tableau visualizations
• Develop, design, and implement Tableau dashboards and reports to effectively visualize data insights
• Create calculated fields, sets, parameters, and data connections to optimize Tableau dashboards
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting of Tableau reports to ensure optimal performance and usability
• Provide technical support and guidance to users on Tableau best practices and data visualization techniques
• Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability for Tableau reporting
• Stay updated on Tableau latest features, tools, and best practices to continuously improve Tableau solution
• Adherence to coding standards, Risk and Controls
• Able to work on different source integrations
• 5+ Years of Tableau Experience / Hands on implementation
• Strong in SQL
• Need to seamlessly work as a team in a multi-vendor environment
• Good in Communication and collaboration
• Stay updated with Tableau features and best practices to continuously improve skills and solutions
• Team Management and able to manage the tasks/activities
• Should be open to learn and work on Process Intelligence Tools (Process Mining/Task Mining etc.,) based on the need and capacity availability
