Tableau Developer

Our high-profile client in the entertainment is looking for Tableau Developer. The Tableau Developer will work on the Analytics Team and optimize reporting capabilities of the survey results, including the use of Tableau for dashboards, charts, graphs. etc.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience or certifications as a Tableau Developer.
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You'll Do:
Work specifically with employee survey results to design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards.

• Collaborate with P&O (Human Resources) and Finance Transformation team to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Tableau visualizations.
• Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability.
• Document best practices for Tableau development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop and provide training and support to product owners on Tableau functionality and best practices
