Key Responsibilities

Conduct full Life cycle recruiting inclusive of job posting, sourcing, assessments, screening and referral of top candidates.
Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn, X-ray Search, Seek and Github ect.
Work with the People Operations Team and the Executive Leadership Team with setting short- and long-term recruiting strategies to exceed business objectives & key results.
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
Excellent negotiation skills with candidate Pay Rate.

Required Skills

Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience.
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
Professional demeanour and appearance and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
