What you will be doing:

 

  • End to end recruitment providing direction to HM's and HRBPs on the most effective go to market strategy
  • Managing roles across the corporate support, pharmaceutical and R &D business units
  • Delivering a best practice talent sourcing and attraction recruitment process
  • Strategic and tactical contribution to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives such as driving client brand awareness and a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Partnering with the Sourcing Team to develop a best practice talent sourcing and attraction recruitment process

     

You will be someone who can bring:

 

  • Strong expertise and credibility as an experienced corporate and executive TA professional ideally from the pharmaceutical, medical devices or consumer health/goods sectors
  • Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
  • Responsive and assertive communication, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
  • Process orientation, with an ability to deliver results in a super agile and fast paced environment
  • Past experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer health/goods environments will be highly regarded
