Our client is an Innovative Medical Devices organisation and in this role, you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders to create and execute recruitment strategies together. You’ll have a consultative style, and you are someone who enjoys working closely with senior hiring managers and stakeholders. You have strengths in establishing processes and driving change as well as an exceptional capability in Talent Acquisition.

This is a fulltime onsite role and is based in the vibrant city of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

How you’ll shape the future of talent:

• Joining our team you will deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
• Managing multiple stakeholders you partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Recruit across Senior, Specialist and Volume positions with a focus on Engineering and Management.
• Add value through the delivery of talent acquisition projects and initiatives
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process,

You’ll be someone who can bring:

• Strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional
• Experience recruiting in more fast paced environments, delivering high volume projects ideally from the manufacturing industry
• Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
• Ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels and across business functions
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences
