Description

Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from the requisition through to the onboarding of candidates

Sourcing of profiles as per the job requirement

Exposure to headhunting & strategic approach towards passive candidates

Scheduling of the interviews with the interview panel

Ability to initiate the discussion to understand the requirements from the hiring managers

Conducting preliminary interviews/screening of the shortlisted candidates to understand fitment & expectations

Timely update of the ATS/ Recruitment Tracker

Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers

To maintain excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees and candidates

Must employ sound judgment in escalating and clear communication to keep stakeholders appropriately informed

Have a proven experience of 5-8 years as an IT recruiter

Have good hands-on experience in using job portals & ATS

Experience in working with software company

Ability to maintain confidential information, with the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion

Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions

Excellent work ethics

Good to have

Has exposure to diversity hiring

Experience in recruitment analytics

Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends
