About The Role

This role is critical to the efficient functioning of Talent Development Team which partners with across India business units for their Talent Development needs focused on Leadership Development, Manager Effectiveness and Career Growth

The role is a combination of front-end stakeholder connects (India/ Global) as well as driving execution excellence and innovation for backend processes

In this role you will get an opportunity to work in a team which has been constantly raising the bar across regions with Transition Programs focused on Leadership Pipeline development and being trusted advisors for business for people enablement needs

This role will require the candidate to handle multiple areas of work around Program Communication and Management, Data Management & analytics, Budget Management, Vendor Management and Production Support for learning programs

This role will actively interact with key stakeholders such as HR Business Partners, Experience Partners in ERC, employees, Talent Development teams across regions and external vendor partners. This role will also need to show initiative while sharing Program updates, Timelines and Budget Management

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must while exposure to Express and other digital storytelling tools is good to have

Responsibilities of the Role

Program Communication

Creation of first draft showcase for all work done by Talent Development in form of quarterly and Annual Highlights for Global Talent Development, India Ex Teams, and leaders. Ability to create meaningful executive summaries and reports

TD runs multiple learning programs specific to India as well as global programs. For all global programs, there will be standard global comms to be used. This will require partnership with the Employee Comms team in India, to re-share as required (email/ digital displays/ calendar invites) - PowerPoint, Presentation creation and written communication need to be strong

Some Enterprise programs require guest speakers from among India leadership - planning for and scheduling these sessions will be required

The role will constantly communicate with External Vendor Partners to drive India specific programs as well as custom engagements from time to time

For custom designed programs there would be calendar invitations that require appropriate communication / messaging. The TD Ops person would need to work with the respective TD Partner to customize with appropriate branding and then include in invites etc. (Example: MDC, Check-in, Leadership Labs etc.

Based on sign ups/ indication to participate, the TD Ops person would also need to proactively initiate additional communication, to ensure relevant participation

Program scheduling and program management - This includes scheduling for global and Custom programs for India

Global programs need to be scheduled, updated on Inside Adobe and communicated through appropriate channels

Management of all virtual and in-person sessions happening in India which will need working with the Talent Development partners and Global TD Ops teams

Production support for the virtual live sessions (global and India specific)

Custom programs at an India level (for e.g. MDC, Leadership Labs, WeLead etc.) require end to end program management, logistics and reporting

Custom programs for specific BUs need to be scheduled, the BU leaders and other stakeholders need to be informed
